Subjectivist has beaten Stradivarius to win the Gold Cup at Royal Ascot on Thursday afternoon.

Stradivarius was aiming to make history by winning its fourth successive Gold Cup but left it too late.

Princess Zoe at 28-1 finished in second before Spanish Mission beat Stradivarius to third.
